Eric van Duren

Eric van Duren joined Meyer Bergman as Chief Investment Officer in 2016. As the CIO, Eric has overall responsibility and oversight of all European investment activities, taking an active role in determining the strategy and ensuring its execution, from acquisition through the hold period to disposal. Previously, Eric acted as an Advisor to Meyer Bergman spearheading a number of disposals across the portfolio. Eric spent over 25 years with Multi Corporation and 9 years as its Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing the Group’s investments as well as disposals of retail assets valued over €8 billion across Europe. Eric was also a member of the Board of Directors during his time at Multi. He began his career in 1985 at NN Vastgoed in Delft as a trainee. Eric graduated from Delft University with a Master in Architecture and is fluent in Dutch, English, German and French.
