Friedrichstrasse is Berlin’s longest shopping street (approx. 3.4km) with consistent footfall from national and international tourists due to its proximity to important historical sites, including Brandenburg Gate and the Holocaust Memorial.

The property stands a block away from Berlin’s famous Unter den Linden boulevard. This end of 3.4 km-long Friedrichstrasse has evolved into a premier shopping location and a highly desirable office location thanks to its excellent public transport links and close proximity to the city’s main tourist attractions, including the Brandenburg Gate. The combination attracts a large and regular flow of visitors to the neighbourhood. Luxury fashion brands Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton and Gucci have all opened stores on Friedrichstrasse, as have mass-market chains including Mango, H&M and Zara.

The Topas Arkade building dates from 1900 and incorporates part of the historic façade of the former Polish Pharmacy – Polnische Apotheke. It has five ground floor retail units and the upper floors are in office use.

Great public transport links and the nearby tourist attractions have made Friedrichstrasse one of Berlin’s top shopping streets and a highly desirable office location. This historic building offers scope for adding value.
